JellyFil Supplement FactsJellyFil Supplement Facts Panel
The JellyFil panel shows an 82 mg proprietary blend of 9 ingredients with 5 mg of caffeine.
A serving is one gummy and a bottle holds 30. Each gummy has 10 calories, 3 g of carbohydrate, 3 g of added sugar and 4 mg of sodium.
See the ingredients explained.
Every row below is read off the label artwork the vendor supplies. Where the panel prints a number this page prints the same number; where it does not, this page says so.
The JellyFil label artwork, flattened

The panel sits on the right of the artwork, the suggested-use and warning block on the left, and the distributor line underneath it. Everything on this page is a transcription of that image.

| Total Carbohydrate | 3 g | 1% |

† Daily Value not established. Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. The blend carries a second footnote on the panel: equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders.
Inside the Proprietary Blend, in the order the panel lists them: Muira Puama Extract, Maca Extract, Catuaba Extract, Green Tea Extract, Caffeine (5 mg), Ashwagandha, L-Arginine, Tribulus Terrestris and Horny Goat Weed Extract.
Ordering is not decoration. Ingredients inside a blend are listed by descending weight, so muira puama is the largest component and horny goat weed the smallest. That is the only per-ingredient information the panel gives, and it is worth having.
Corn Syrup, Cane Sugar, Water, Apple Pectin, Sorbitol Liquid, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate. Produced in a GMP facility. These are the gummy itself — the pectin gel, the sugars and the flavouring — and they are why a serving carries 10 calories and 3 g of added sugar.
The two numbers JellyFil publishes, and the seven it does not
This is the part of a proprietary blend worth being precise about, because it is where most of the confusion in this category lives.
Published on the panel
- 82 mg — the total weight of the blend, all 9 ingredients together.
- 5 mg — caffeine, named inside the blend line with its own figure.
- approximately 567 mg — the dry-powder equivalence, which tells you these are concentrated extracts rather than raw powder.
- 3 g of sugar, 10 calories, 4 mg of sodium.
Not published anywhere
- How much muira puama.
- How much maca.
- How much catuaba.
- How much green tea extract.
- How much ashwagandha.
- How much L-arginine.
- How much tribulus, and how much horny goat weed.
A proprietary blend is legal and extremely common; FDA labelling guide is the regulator's own guidance on how one must be presented. What it means for a buyer is simple: the trial doses printed throughout this website are context for judging an ingredient, not a description of what is in this gummy. Nobody can tell you how much ashwagandha you are taking, and anybody who does is guessing.
Suggested use and the warning, as JellyFil prints them
Take 1 gummy once daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a qualified health care professional.JellyFil suggested use
If you are pregnant or nursing, take medications or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before using. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature 59–86 degrees F (15–30 degrees C). Keep bottle tightly closed. For your protection, do not use if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.JellyFil warning panel
Both blocks are quoted rather than paraphrased. A label's own words are the one piece of text on a product like this that nobody in the marketing chain has rewritten.

What the JellyFil panel says that the advertising does not
Three ingredients appear on the bottle and nowhere in the sales copy: green tea extract, 5 mg of caffeine and horny goat weed extract.
The panel is the fact. It is the regulated statement on the container the buyer receives, it is the only one of the two lists carrying an amount, and where the two disagree this website prints the panel. A reader who bought on the strength of the six-name list would be taking three things they did not know about, one of which (MedlinePlus) carries an interaction with nitrates and blood-pressure medicines.
